Forgot Password

In case you lost or forgot your password, don’t worry, we got you.

Follow these simple steps to retrieve your password:

Step 1. Go to the address bar of your browser, and type https://www.innovate5g.com/ or simply search ‘innovate5G’ in Google search bar, and search.

Step 2. Click on ‘Sign in’.

You will view this page.

Step 3: Click on ‘Forgot Password’.

You will view this page.

Step 4: Enter the email id you used to Sign in and click ‘Continue’.

A prompt will appear at the bottom of the page as below.

Step 5: A link will be sent to your email id.

Step 6: Click on the link provided in the email, and create a new password.

Note: You password should contain an uppercase letter, a numeric character, and a special character, and should have minimum length of 10 characters.

Step 7: You can use your new password to ‘Sign in’.
